Who are we?
Our Company has been successfully working in the packaging market since 1991, it has become a leader in production of corrugated board transit packaging in Ukraine and exports its products outside the country. PJSC RKTK is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Corrugated Board Manufacturers (UACBM) that cooperates with the European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers (FEFCO). We try to use European standards in our work.
Audits of quality management system and inspection of product quality Mill history

The Company checks the product quality at each production stage. Our laboratories which test raw materials and finished products as well as the laboratory at the water treatment facility are equipped with modern devices and certified by the National Company “Luganskstandartmetrologiya”. Every year we have the quality of our products (paper, corrugated boxes) inspected by the Packaging Reserch and Development Institute (NIEKITU), Kaluga, Russia. Quality system corresponding to ISO – 9001 has been used at the Company since 2000. In 2006 procedures and documents currently existing at PJSC Rubezhnoye Cardboard and Packaging Mill have been recertified and proven corresponding to the Quality management system, 2000.

Started up production facilities and reached design capacity of 100 000 t/year of testliner and 112 mln.sq.m/year of corrugated cases
Production

PJSC Rubezhnoye Cardboard and Packaging Mill is an integrated complex unit for the production of liner and fluting, corrugated board and corrugated boxes. The Corrugator Plant includes the High Quality Print Plant with offset print. Design of finished products and after production processes:
